Donation Agreement

By making a donation to this MMORPG server, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. Voluntary Donations
   All donations are completely voluntary. Donations are not required to create an account, access the game, or play any content on the server.
2. Digital Nature of Donations
   Donations are made digitally and are not a purchase of physical goods. They are considered a voluntary contribution to support the server.
3. Fair Access to Gameplay
   All players can obtain in-game items, features, and content without making a donation. Donation rewards do not restrict gameplay content to donors only.
4. Purpose of Donations
   Donations are used solely to support the operation and maintenance of the game server, including (but not limited to) server hosting, infrastructure, development tools, and related expenses.
5. Non-Refundable
   All donations are final and non-refundable, regardless of account status, server downtime, rule enforcement actions, or changes to the game.
6. Donations Per Account
   Donations are tied to the account used at the time of donation. Benefits or rewards cannot be transferred between accounts unless explicitly stated by the server administration.
7. No Ownership or Guarantees
   Making a donation does not grant ownership, administrative rights, or decision-making authority over the server. Donation rewards may be adjusted, changed, or removed at any time to maintain game balance.
