Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for supporting our MMORPG. By making a contribution (donation) to our project, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms and conditions regarding refunds and returns.

1. Nature of Contributions

All financial contributions made to this MMORPG are voluntary donations intended to support the ongoing development, maintenance, and hosting of the project. These contributions are not considered a purchase of physical goods or guaranteed services.

2. No Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our project and the fact that all received funds are immediately reinvested into server infrastructure, software development, and project marketing, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances. All donations are final. Before making a donation, please ensure that you are fully committed to supporting the project and that you have the financial means to do so. If you are unsure, please do not donate.

3. Chargebacks and Disputes

We take fraudulent chargebacks and payment disputes very seriously. In the event of a refund request through a payment processor or a bank chargeback:

Permanent Ban: All associated accounts will be permanently banned from our servers and services without the possibility of appeal.
Loss of Assets: All in-game progress, virtual items, currency, and other digital values associated with the account will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
Blacklisting: Your payment details and IP address may be blacklisted from future participation in the project.

4. Account Responsibility

It is the responsibility of the user to manage their account security. Claims of “unauthorized transactions” made from a user’s account will be investigated but do not guarantee a refund, especially if security protocols (like two-factor authentication) were neglected.
